This week we have been investigating our first English text of year 5 'The Lost Words'. We have been identifying interesting vocabulary within the poetry and using these to create our own stanzas with a range of rhetorical sentences woven in between. This learning has also translated into our wild tribe this week, wherein we have been creating silhouettes of Larks with natural backgrounds. What an amazing first week for Pine Class!
